As a matter of fact he building has two big parts: the rooms are in the floor, and in the ground floor there is the restaurant, which has many premises, bar, kitchen, toilets, offices, depots and dressing rooms.

The restaurant has 130 places, these places are divided into three saloons:

The restaurant has also a bar, without sitting-places. In the sommer-season there is another opportunity to settle down on the 20 places in the terrace.

The big saloon is an ideal place for big outings - like weddings, christenings, conferences, presentations, class reunions, different balls, partys - because it has many spaces. The hall`s feeling is enchanced by well-known painters creations. As an estetical accesory there is a water-fall, which also freshens the saloon`s air on warm sommer days. In the big saloon is also the musicians podium. From Thursday till sunday every night a two muscians entertain our guests.

The little saloon is regulary used to take little gatherings, familiar meetings. The little hall`s wall is decorated with well-known people`s photohraphies from public and artistic life, and also many certificates, medals, and cups reached on national and international competitions ny the Gizi-Restaurant.

The protocol-saloon with its 10 place and single table is used to house reduced number of people, but in spoite of this fact it is beloved, because it has a folklore-decoration. Tile-plates from Korond, engravings decorate the wall, the floor is covered with strip carpets. The luster has to be highlighted, because it has a many secular history, and it was originally `Tarcsafalvi` baron`s property. The table is also covered with folklore spreads, and the place setting (plates, mugs, vases, candelebras, ashtrays, saltcellars) also glorifies the korondian masters work.
