Pension Petőfi ismertető

The town of Szekelyudvarhely is situated at the south-western corner of Harghita County, at the

foothills of Harghita Mountains, along the river Nagykukullo. It is also named as the "Mother

Town" for the Seklers, since it was once the capital of Udvarhely Region.

The Pension-Restaurant Petőfi is waiting for you whole year around, here in the heart of this

enchanting town, near the castle of "Szekely Tamadt".

The Pension has 11 rooms with either 2 or 3 beds and an apartment so it can accommodate up to 26

persons. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioner, cable TV, mini-bar with different

drinks, telephone and Internet service, for all of the comfort you might need.

The Pension has its own sauna and Jacuzzi where our guests can have a nice relaxing time; while

their cars are safe in the private parking.
Our guests can take a culinary journey, tasting traditional foods in the Restaurant of our Pension,

which has seats for 60 persons.

Our wish is to call your attention to the different traditional Sekler foods and tastes, since we know

that you might be gorged with your traditional western food and fast-food. We would like to

generate the same flavors our grandmothers used to give their food in the days of long ago.

Beside these we offer you our 'Sekler Hospitality' which is famous all over the world.
