Întorsura Buzăului (meaning "Buzău River's Turn" in English,) is a town in Covasna County, southeastern Transylvania, central Romania.

At the 2002 Romanian census, the town had 9535 inhabitants, of whom 9520 were Romanians, 57 Hungarians, 15 Roma, and one other.

Is located at 750m altitude surrounded by Întorsurii, Ciucas and Siriu mountains.
